Refund policy

RETURNS:

If you´re not fully satisfied with your order, you may return purchased products within 14 days from the date on which you received the item / items.

Please contact us at ausra@akajewellery.com before returning the item and we will discuss the  return process. 

The returned products must be returned complete and unworn, all tags and labels intact, in their original packaging.

You will get a full refund (minus shipping cost) in 3-7 business days after we receive the item back in unworn and undamaged condition. 

The following items cannot be returned or exchange at any time:

• Customized or personalized items
• Items that have been damaged in any way. 

We will not accept returns that do not meet these criteria and will return your order with an email explaining our position.
